Order processing
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timing depends on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. Any estimate shown is not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, customs reviews, severe weather, and local service disruptions may affect delivery.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, parcel, and available carrier service. The full amount will be displayed before payment.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the carrier details after your order leaves our facility. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible; updates cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If tracking shows a delivery problem, please contact the carrier first and then contact ZomeYome with your order number.
